TitanMonitoring

Monitoring you can act on

Any system can generate an alert. What separates a monitoring programme that holds up under inspection is whether every alert can be explained — the rule it breached, the score it carried, and the decision made on it. TitanMonitoring scores every transaction against 350+ AML and fraud rules and AI/ML models, and keeps the full reasoning on the case.

Real-time and batch monitoring for structuring, layering, unusual velocity and sanctioned-party activity.

What TitanMonitoring is

Detection, and the record that it worked.

A next-generation transaction monitoring platform that detects financial crime, reduces risk and streamlines compliance operations with AI-powered intelligence and automation. It combines a 350+ rule library with AI/ML models, dynamic risk scoring, case management and automatic SAR and EDR filing.

Supervisors rarely challenge whether a rule fired. They challenge whether the alert it raised was worked properly, escalated correctly, and closed with a decision anyone could stand behind. TitanMonitoring keeps that record from the moment a transaction lands to the moment a SAR is filed, rather than asking somebody to reconstruct it afterwards.

Why teams move to it

  • 01

    Hybrid detection, not just rules

350+ AML and fraud rules run alongside AI/ML models that keep learning from how your analysts actually close alerts, so the queue reflects real risk rather than every threshold that happened to breach.

  • 02

Every transaction carries a live score

Risk scoring isn't limited to the transactions a rule catches. Every transaction and every customer carries a dynamic rating that updates as behaviour changes.

  • 03

    One record, alert to SAR

Alerts, cases, RFIs and SAR or EDR filing live on the same case file with a complete audit trail, instead of three tools and a spreadsheet stitching them together.

  • 04

    Rules your compliance team owns

Thresholds and typologies are configured against your risk appetite by the people who understand it, not left at a vendor default nobody in your firm could defend under questioning.

How it works

Four steps, from transaction to filed report.

The same engine handles a real-time payment decision and a nightly batch file.

STEP 01

Monitor

Every transaction is screened as it happens, or on a scheduled batch run, against your configured rule set.

STEP 02

Score & alert

Rule breaches combine with a dynamic risk score, so alerts are ranked by real risk and routed to the right queue automatically.

STEP 03

Investigate

Analysts work cases with full context — customer history, linked alerts, RFIs and audit trail in one view.

STEP 04

Report

Close it out, or generate and file a SAR or EDR automatically with the evidence trail attached.

Inside TitanMonitoring

One dashboard, from first alert to filed SAR.

Analysts see exactly what's unassigned, what's under investigation and what's waiting on them — and where every alert sits in the pipeline, in real time.

What's on screen

Total alerts, case pipeline, top breached rules, SAR-to-transaction ratio and channel mix, all on one screen rather than assembled from separate exports.

Capabilities

What comes as standard.

Not add ons, not a premium tier, and not a professional services engagement.

01

Real-time & batch monitoring

Monitor transactions as they happen or on scheduled batches, on the same rule and scoring engine either way.

02

Hybrid detection engine

350+ AML and fraud rules working alongside AI/ML models that keep learning from analyst decisions.

03

Dynamic risk scoring

Every transaction and customer carries a live risk rating, not a score only revisited at periodic review.

04

Smart alerts & case management

Automated alerts route into structured cases with workflows, escalation and full investigation history.

05

Integrated RFI system

Raise, track and manage requests for information without leaving the case you're working.

06

Automatic SAR & EDR filing

Generate and file suspicious activity reports and EDRs with a complete, audit-ready trail attached.

Coverage

Every channel, every typology in scope.

Rules and models are configured per channel and per typology, so the same platform covers a wire desk and a digital wallet without forcing one rule set onto both.

ChannelInter-bank transferIBFT and wire activity, scored for structuring and layering patterns.
ChannelOnline & digitalCard-not-present and digital wallet transactions monitored in real time.
TypologyStructuring & layeringPatterns designed to stay under reporting thresholds or obscure a fund's origin.
TypologyUnusual velocitySudden change in transaction frequency or value against a customer's baseline.
TypologyHigh-risk geographyActivity linked to jurisdictions flagged by FATF or your own country risk matrix.
TypologySanctioned-party activityTransaction-level screening against sanctions data, connected to TitanScan where deployed.

Rule coverage and channels are configured to your business at implementation, not fixed at a vendor default.

Questions

About the platform, and how it fits.

Does TitanMonitoring replace our existing rules, or run alongside them? +

Either. You can bring your existing rule set across, start from the 350+ standard AML and fraud rules, or run both while you compare alert quality. Rules are configured by your compliance team, not deployed once by an implementation partner and left alone.

How does it reduce false positives? +

Rule breaches are combined with a dynamic risk score built from behaviour, not judged in isolation. That score, together with AI/ML models trained on how your analysts have actually closed past alerts, ranks the queue by real risk rather than by which threshold fired.

Does it cover both real-time and batch processing? +

Yes. The same rule and scoring engine screens transactions as they happen and on scheduled batch runs, so a payment rail needing real-time decisions and a nightly file load can sit on one platform.

Can it file SARs directly, or just flag them? +

It generates and files SARs and EDRs directly, with the evidence trail, the alert history and the reviewer's reasoning attached automatically rather than assembled by hand at filing time.

How many rules and jurisdictions does it cover? +

350+ AML and fraud rules as standard, spanning the typologies regulators expect a monitoring programme to cover, configurable to the jurisdictions and channels you operate in.

Can TitanMonitoring connect to our onboarding and risk systems? +

Yes. It shares the same customer record and audit trail as TitanOnboarding, TitanScan and TitanRisk when connected, or it runs standalone against your existing systems through the API.

Beyond a demo queue

Bring the alert volume that's burying your team. We will show you what changes.

The most useful monitoring demo is not a tour of the interface. It is your own false-positive rate and rule set, run in front of you, with the scoring shown line by line so you can judge whether it holds up.
